If the artwork you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase or the date of package pickup. The buyer covers the cost and organizes the return shipment for items in proper condition.

Inspecting for Defects

When receiving the artwork, carefully inspect it for any defects. If everything is in order, sign and hand the delivery confirmation document to the courier, acknowledging receipt and the artwork's condition.

If any defects are discovered during the inspection, you must complete an inspection report. This report should provide the most detailed description possible of the defects. Additionally, please take photographs of the defects and notify us about the issue as soon as possible.

In case you are disappointed with the artwork upon receiving it, or simply do not like it, please inform us. We will try to resolve the issue and ensure your experience of ordering artwork is as pleasant as possible.
